When looking a our calves for sell you will notice in the description that the calf will either be marked as heifer or Sire Prospect. Occasionally we forget to mark whether the calf is a heifer or Sire Prospect but you can still tell by looking at the numbers proceeding the calf's name. All calves numbered above 100 that are not steers are sire prospects.

Server updated were completed to the Ranch and Auction site. The Auction site has new bulls listed. New on this site is our steers for sale. We added new calves, updated over 30 yearling pictures and many cow pictures as well.

This past week has been extremely busy for us. Over 15 Longhorns were sold on the auction site and ranch site. New pictures were taken of the bulls, calves, yearlings and cows and many of them are now posted on the For Sale Pages

. In an effort to combat the economic turn down we have dropped the prices on many of our longhorns.

New information about the cows such as if the 're exposed and if they have calves has been updated. We still have many more cows to update and many more new pictures to post so make sure you check back with us frequently to keep up with our changes.

Charles has been in the Perry area as a business owner as well as owning his own cattle. Longhorns are new to his world since he came to work with us in October.  His wife and children are involved in showing their club calves and sheep. This first Longhorn calf did work her way into Charles heart!  I am glad to have Charles on board – so are the Longhorns!
